At Mavie Telemed, you are cared for by experienced private physicians. The online consultation is billed privately — you will receive an invoice after your appointment.
Privately insured?
You can submit the invoice to your private insurance as usual. Reimbursement depends on your individual plan.
Statutorily insured?
If you are insured under the statutory health system, you cover the costs yourself. Reimbursement by the statutory health insurance is currently not possible.
Prescriptions or other documents issued during your treatment are also provided on a private-practice basis. Any associated costs (e.g., medications) must therefore be paid by you.

Your medical consultation takes place via a secure connection—discreet, location-independent, and easily accessible from home or on the go.
If necessary, you will receive a prescription or medical recommendation digitally in the Mavie Telemed portal. There, you can securely view, download, and save your documents.
