In August 2024, Mavie acquired a majority stake in wellabe, a German HealthTech startup for digital health checks and prevention programs for employees. Since December 2024, wellabe has been fully integrated into Mavie Work, strengthening our offering for holistic workplace health.
Mavie holds a majority stake in cura domo, Austria’s market leader in 24-hour in-home care. The partnership adds an important at-home care dimension to our offering while addressing a key challenge of demographic change.
