Medical support via video or phone – flexible, secure, and without long waiting times.
Sometimes it’s “nothing serious.” Sometimes symptoms last longer than expected. And often, you simply don’t know whether something should be medically clarified or whether a brief conversation with a doctor could already bring clarity.
Telemedicine enables medical consultations online – via video or phone.
It provides professional medical assessment, individual guidance and evidence-based support tailored to your personal situation. Flexible, discreet and location-independent.

You want quick medical clarity about your symptoms

You already have a diagnosis and are seeking a second medical opinion

You want medical advice that fits more easily into everyday life

You are travelling or need medical support, independent of location

You want to discuss a sensitive or private issue discreetly
In many cases, an online consultation is enough to medically clarify a health concern. In others, the conversation shows that an in-person examination is advisable.

At Mavie, physicians take the time to understand your individual situation – personally, medically grounded and beyond standardized answers.
Not every symptom can be clearly assessed immediately. Physicians help interpret medical concerns and guide the next appropriate steps.
Early medical guidance can help reduce uncertainty and support more confident health decisions.
The consultation takes place in a protected and confidential setting.
Medical conversations and personal data are handled responsibly and confidentially.
At Mavie, telemedicine is not about maximum speed, but about medical diligence and responsible decisions.
Online consultations at Mavie Telemed are provided on a private physician basis and must be paid privately. You will be treated by experienced private physicians and receive an invoice after the appointment.
You can submit the invoice to your insurance provider as usual.
Reimbursement depends on your individual policy.
At the moment, the cost of the online consultation must be covered by you.
Reimbursement by public health insurance is currently not possible in most European countries.
Prescriptions and other medical documents issued during treatment are also provided on a private physician basis.
Any resulting costs, such as medication, must be covered by the patient.
Important: If you are experiencing an emergency, please call emergency services directly.
