Online consultations at Mavie Telemed are provided on a private physician basis and must be paid privately. You will be treated by experienced private physicians and receive an invoice after the appointment.
You can submit the invoice to your insurance provider as usual.

At the moment, the cost of the online consultation must be covered by you.
Reimbursement by public health insurance is currently not possible in most European countries.
Prescriptions and medical documents are issued within the framework of private medical care. In many cases, electronic prescriptions (e-prescriptions) can also be issued. In such cases, only the standard statutory prescription fee applies. Any additional costs, such as private prescription fees or the cost of prescribed medication, must be borne by the patient.
