Mavie Invests in uLekare.cz and Strengthens Its Position in Corporate Health Services Across CEE

With its investment in the Czech healthcare provider uLekare.cz, Mavie is further expanding its position in the field of corporate health services across Central and Eastern Europe. The goal of the investment is to provide companies throughout the CEE region with even more comprehensive, digital, and holistic healthcare solutions from a single source.

Holistic healthcare provider Mavie has acquired a 70% majority stake in Czech healthcare company uLekare.cz. Through this strategic investment, Mavie strengthens its position in corporate health services and digital healthcare solutions across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), while further expanding its international B2B healthcare portfolio.

uLekare.cz is one of the leading providers of corporate healthcare services in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. More than 270 corporate clients with over 150,000 employees use the digitally focused hybrid platform, which seamlessly combines mental and physical healthcare. Companies benefit from integrated, low-threshold access to medical care, preventive services, and psychosocial support for their employees.
