Mavie Work Acquires Wellbeing Polska and Strengthens Its Holistic Health Offering in Poland
International workplace health provider Mavie Work has acquired the Polish healthcare company Wellbeing Polska, further expanding its holistic offering for physical, mental, and workplace health across Central and Eastern Europe.
Mavie Work, part of the international healthcare company Mavie, has acquired 100% of the shares in Wellbeing Polska. Through this acquisition, Mavie Work expands its health offering for companies and their employees in the Polish market and strengthens its position as a holistic provider of workplace health solutions across the CEE region.
Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Warsaw, Wellbeing Polska is one of Poland’s leading corporate health platforms. The company focuses on physical health, integrated movement and prevention programs, and digital coaching aimed at sustainably improving employee wellbeing.
The platform stands out through above-average employee engagement compared to market benchmarks, which significantly contributes to the effectiveness of its programs. This expertise will be integrated into Mavie Work’s broader service portfolio to further enhance the health and performance of both employees and organizations.
As a result of the acquisition, corporate clients will benefit from an even more comprehensive and holistic health offering that systematically combines physical, mental, and organizational health—tailored to international teams and cross-border organizational structures.
“With Wellbeing Polska, we are gaining a strong local partner that strategically expands our international offering with deep expertise in physical health and workplace prevention,” says Christoph Schnedlitz, Managing Director of Mavie Work. “By integrating these capabilities into our EAP offering, we are creating an even stronger holistic health solution in Poland that combines mental health, physical wellbeing, organizational health, and leadership development—further increasing our impact on employee wellbeing across the entire CEE region.”
“This acquisition is a perfect fit with our vision of holistic employee health,” says Radosław Kruczek, Managing Director of Wellbeing Polska. “While we have built our reputation on measurable outcomes in mental and physical health as well as comprehensive prevention programs, becoming part of Mavie Work’s EAP expertise allows us to significantly strengthen our offering. Together, we can provide organizations in Poland with seamless health solutions that address all aspects of employee wellbeing.”
Holistic Health Solutions as a Success Factor for Organizations
Companies in Poland, much like those in other CEE markets, are facing increasing health-related challenges among employees, changing working conditions, and the growing prevalence of hybrid and international work models. At the same time, expectations toward employers are rising, with organizations seeking health solutions that are both effective and scalable.
For existing Wellbeing Polska clients, day-to-day operations will remain unchanged. The company will continue to operate in the Polish market with its established team and programs. At the same time, clients will benefit from Mavie Work’s expanded portfolio, particularly in the areas of mental health, psychosocial counselling, and international Employee Assistance Program (EAP) solutions.
The acquisition brings Mavie Work one step closer to its vision of becoming the workplace health provider with the highest impact in the CEE region—helping organizations sustainably strengthen the health, performance, and resilience of their employees.
