Costs & reimbursement
At Mavie Telemed, you will be looked after by experienced elective doctors. The consultation is billed privately, which means you will receive a fee note after your appointment.
If you have private health insurance, you can submit the invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement as usual, depending on your individual tariff.
As a patient with statutory health insurance, you are responsible for the costs yourself. Reimbursement by statutory health insurance is currently not possible. Prescriptions or other documents issued as part of your treatment are also issued on an elective basis - associated costs (e.g. medication) must also be borne independently.

Your medical consultation takes place via secure video and audio connection, completely uncomplicated, discreet and independent of location.
Receive prescription and recommendation
If necessary, you can obtain a prescription or a doctor's recommendation digitally via the Mavie Telemed portal. You can view, download and securely save your documents there.
